Customizable Signs and Easels
Whether it's helping your guests park their cars, pick their seats, or pick their poison at the bar there's lots of information to share so things run smoothly. Many of our rental signs can be customized for you, we can also create signs, tailored to your unique needs. Let us know what you need to say, and we'll design a way to say it.
Modular Flower Box Sign
This freestanding shiplap sign is approximately 2' wide and 4' tall, and features a prominent flower box to give the white sign a splash of colour (flowers not included)
The shiplap panels that make up the field of the sign are attached magnetically, and can be switched or customized as necessary. We keep some common text (Welcome, Ceremony, Parking, Directional Arrows, etc.) for you to choose from, or we can create custom panels specifically to meet your needs. Plan ahead to use the same sign twice, once at the ceremony, and once at the reception by changing a panel.

Modular Seating Chart
This flexible seating chart can accommodate anywhere from four to twenty four tables. It includes six mosaic frames, each with space for four 4"x6" photos or table assignments which are magnetically attached to the background. Fill empty spaces with photos, or leave some frames out and add a custom message to the sign instead. This seating chart can hang on the wall, or be supported by an easel.

Birch Easels
These lightweight easels are available in three different sizes (15" 24" and 37") for use on the ground or tables.

Adjustable Metal Easel
This large metal easel stands 5' tall, and allows you to adjust the height at which your sign is displayed. The easel includes two sets of supports, which can be installed at 5 different heights. This allows you to display two signs at once, or to ensure your sign will be at the proper height.

Dinner or Drink Menus
Elevate your dinner or drink menus from paper to wood or acrylic. There are many design options for a laser engraved menu, and we'd be happy to help you choose what best fits your vision.
